Each time you use FirstLine™ to request software help:
bullet You will receive an e-mail message confirming that we received your request and that a tracking number has been assigned to it.
bullet As our support team works on your request and updates the status with their progress notes, you will receive an e-mail message notifying you of their progress.
bullet At any time, you can review our progress on your request by visiting our FirstLine™ web site.
bullet And, when our work on your request is finished and we close your request, you will receive automatic e-mail notification as well!
