Keith is the past president of two leading public sector software firms. Prior to founding Timpanogos Technologies, he was president of Accela, a national provider of integrated software, web-based and wireless solutions to over 450 state and local government agencies. Prior to working with Accela and Kiva, which merged with Accela, he co-founded J&K Computer Systems, Inc., which produced and licensed to IBM the Comprehensive Information Management for Schools (CIMS®) system, providing financial and student administrative software for public schools. As the President of J&K, he molded a successful national software business which was acquired by National Computer Systems, Inc. (NCS)® in 1989. In 1991 he co-founded Kiva to provide local government software. He has a degree in computer science, along with extensive business and volunteer experience. At J&K he participated in originating some of the first national business partner and complementary marketing programs under which IBM became the exclusive national supplier of their software for school districts. Prior to merging with Accela, Kiva had established a national base of city and county software users, focused on large metropolitan areas. He has served on the boards of a number of companies and also on his local city council.

Previously, co-founder and president of Vultus, Inc./iBaseSystems, Inc. where he managed the development and marketing of internet and client/server consulting services. Mike managed development of a Criminal Intelligence System for the UT Dept. of Public Safety. He also managed a team at an internet mortgage.com enterpprise. Previously as a Director of IBM/Borland Solutions Mike was responsible for creating a new business unit to focus on using client server expertise to access mainframe and mini computer systems. He built partner relationships with IBM and Borland and national accounts from Pennsylvania to California. Mike began his career with J & K Computer Systems and was product manager for the EMS™ (Employee Management System) development where the result was a full featured payroll system. Mike was educated at BYU and specialized in business management and computer information systems.

Larry Scoffield is a senior, experienced software development manager with a broad technical and support background and a wide range of computer language skills. He has spent over six years as the manager of Advanced Technologies for a major regional publishing company. He was a software development manager with J&K Computer Systems, Inc., which produced and licensed to IBM the Comprehensive Information Management for Schools (CIMS®) system, providing financial and student administrative software for public schools.

Kevin Bean is a senior, experienced developer with a broad technical and support background and a wide range of computer language skills. He was a lead developer at Word Perfect in a project that migrated Word Perfect to the IBM AS/400™. He continued as a senior developer with Novell upon their acquisition of Word Perfect. He has extensive Java, network, Windows, open database and AS/400™ (iSeries) experience. He was an employee of J&K Computer Systems, Inc., which produced and licensed to IBM the Comprehensive Information Management for Schools (CIMS®) system, providing financial and student administrative software for public schools.

Tom Stubben has over 15 years as a senior-level information technology executive with diverse background in manufacturing management, including experience in client server technology and ERP systems on multiple platforms and voice and data telecommunications. He has been the Manager of Information Technology at Fairchild Semiconductor where he managed site operations and development for multiple systems, including PeopleSoft ERP, manufacturing execution system, factory automation, data collection, engineering data analysis, LAN, WAN, desktops, telecommunications, and Lotus Notes. Prior to this he was the Director of Information Technology Systems for SKW-MBT, a leading construction chemicals company in Cleveland, Ohio. He directed world wide technology implementation, including the installation of the leading SAP management and control ERP system on NT in Italy, the United Kingdom and France. He also implemented a Notes based Customer Resource Management (CRM) Project linking ERP system, Internet, and external databases to provide superior support in a technical, customer oriented, business and improved service and lowered cost for telecommunication services, including WAN, LAN, voice, data, video and Internet presence.

Over 25 years of K-12 and K-12 technology experience including IT management responsibilities for iSeries™ management for 18 sites. Danette also managed the training and implementation of the CIMS® student and finance products. She was also instrumental in developing, designing and implementing web-based applications for her districts, as well as, development of the Parent@School module available through Ed Tech's Sharehouse™ . Danette's K-12 technology experience is unparalleled. She has managed lunch and student activity programs, trained the staff on various projects and managed inventory and warehouse processes. Her experience with J&K Computer Systems is very deep, going back to the 1980's. While at Fort Gibson Public Schools, Danette implemented J&K Software Information Systems and coordinated the development and validated the Oklahoma State Reports with the J&K student product.

Currently Mike is the Information Technology Coordinator for Timpanogos Technologies. His experience comes from years as a manager of network administration for Dynix Library Services and Geneva Steel in Provo Utah. Mike served as President for Capitol Solutions, Inc. where he directed operations of a start-up company supplying computer systems to glass companies. He led a technical team in developing an integrated computer system and a support team providing remote technical assistance to customers. From 1977 until 1984 Mike worked for the US House of Representatives as a manager of their computer center where he managed mainframe and minicomputers including systems, communications and operations. Mike graduated from BYU with a Bachelors degree in computer science.
